Balancing strength, mindfulness, and lifestyle for true wellness

My journey began in architecture; a field rooted in creativity and structure. But life had a different path planned for me. After childbirth, I was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, which later led to Type 1 diabetes. This phase brought physical challenges, low energy, and emotional struggles, making even daily activities difficult. In search of recovery, I explored various fitness options like Zumba, aerobics, and trainer-led workouts. While I stayed committed, I couldn’t achieve the balance and strength I was looking for. That’s when I turned to yoga and everything began to change. Starting with just a few sessions a week, I gradually built consistency. Over time, I experienced improved strength, flexibility, better blood sugar control, and a deeper sense of calm and connection. Yoga became more than exercise, it became a path to healing. Inspired by this transformation, I pursued professional certification as a yoga instructor. I further specialized in Yoga for Diabetes and Music Therapy to better support individuals with specific health needs. Currently, I am expanding my knowledge in Face Yoga and Diet & Nutrition to offer a more holistic approach to wellness. Today, my mission is simple: to help others build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle through yoga. Because true fitness isn’t temporary, it’s a lifelong habit. And yoga makes that journey possible.
